Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 to use Peach’s companion features. We do not ask your age or date of birth. If you tell Remi in conversation that you are under 16, we close companion access for that account while keeping your data access and deletion available. Remi is AI, not a person. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.

Keep your account access secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may start with a temporary account; deleting the app is not the same as deleting that account. Do not use someone else’s account without authorization or bypass access, safety or usage controls.

2. AI suggestions and your judgment

Peach offers communication suggestions and possible interpretations to help you think through relationships. Responses may be wrong, incomplete, misleading or inappropriate, even when confident. Remi cannot know another person’s private thoughts, feelings or intentions, and cannot verify the truth or completeness of a submitted conversation.

Grades, labels, memories and interpretations are generated perspectives on supplied information, not diagnoses, objective assessments or predictions. Review them, correct remembered details and use your own judgment before acting or sending a suggested reply. Peach does not guarantee a response, a relationship outcome or that a suggestion is suitable for your circumstances.

3. Professional and emergency limits

Peach does not provide medical, mental-health, therapy, legal or financial services. Using it does not create a therapist-patient or professional adviser-client relationship. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.

Peach is not an emergency or crisis-response service, does not provide real-time human monitoring, and cannot contact emergency services for you. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, 988 offers crisis support. Our Safety page explains automated safeguards and their limits.

4. Your content and permitted use

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis needed to submit it for processing, including information about others. Avoid unnecessary identifying and sensitive details.

You authorize Peach and its service providers to process your content to provide the features you request, maintain saved content and personalization, and carry out the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This does not give Peach ownership of your conversations or permission to publish them in advertising. Sharing an example for a report is a separate choice.

Peach does not claim ownership of your generated replies. Other users may receive similar suggestions; we do not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights.

Do not use Peach to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, obtain unauthorized access, disclose private information unlawfully, exploit minors, encourage harm or violate another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, probe others’ private data or evade safeguards.

5. Subscriptions and allowances

The purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, trial or introductory-offer terms, and included allowances. A recurring subscription renews unless canceled according to the purchase terms. A trial or introductory period can convert to a paid subscription as disclosed when you purchase.

Apple processes App Store purchases. Manage or cancel them in Apple Subscriptions and request applicable refunds through Apple’s purchase support. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain available. Deleting Peach or your Peach account does not cancel a subscription.

Paid access remains subject to the allowances presented for your plan. We do not promise unlimited use. Optional reminders do not guarantee delivery at a particular time and are not an emergency monitoring service.

6. Availability and account closure

We may maintain, update or change the service, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address violations of these terms. We provide notice where appropriate and required, and do not remove mandatory consumer remedies through these terms.

You may stop using Peach and request account deletion at any time. The Privacy Policy describes retained records and pending cleanup. You can contact us if you believe an access restriction is a mistake.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peach is provided as available without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or suitable for every purpose. We disclaim implied warranties only to the extent the law allows. Nothing here removes mandatory warranties or remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, protected personal-injury claims, violations of law where liability cannot be excluded, or any other nonwaivable duty or right. No AI disclaimer is a promise of immunity from responsibility.

8. Applicable law, app license and changes

California law governs these terms, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. This choice does not deprive you of nonwaivable rights or access to a court or regulator that applicable law provides. Please contact us about a dispute; doing so is not a requirement to give up a legal remedy.

For App Store downloads, Apple’s standard app license governs the app license to the extent applicable. These terms address Peach’s services. Neither document overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Peach’s branding and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. We may transfer our service rights and obligations in a business transaction, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy’s business-transfer commitments.

We will give appropriate notice of material changes to these terms and obtain new acceptance where required. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted. Contact melzoogle@gmail.com with questions or concerns.
